Search Terms
When a name, county, or other search detail is entered into a search tool, that query may be sent to the third-party provider that operates the tool. Gallatin County Inmate Population does not keep its own separate log of those search terms.
Messages
If a visitor sends an email or other contact message, the message and return contact details may be kept long enough to read, route, and answer it. Those messages are not shared outside the organization unless a valid legal requirement applies.
